Salon Policies
Effective December 1, 2009
- Credit card information will be required to reserve and guarantee your appointment.
- Reserve your future visits to receive discounted pricing (pre-book 6 appointments and receive 10% off the following services: eyelash extensions, brow styling and all waxing services).
- The BeautyFace Place accepts Visa, Master Card, Paypal and cash as standard forms of payment.
- Insufficient funds fee charge for return check is $25.00.
- Everyone must call to confirm their appointment 48 hours prior to appointment or appointment may go to someone wait-listed.
- 24 hours cancellation is required for all services. There will be a 50% charge for appointments not canceled within 24 hours, NO EXCEPTIONS.
- The Beauty Face Place reserve the right to assess late fees for a no show at the time of service.
- In order to serve you better, a complimentary consultation prior to your appointment is suggested.
- Lash extension application may affect those who suffer with back or neck pain or vertigo. You may want to consider this service before scheduling as full payment is still required if you decide to stop the session due to discomfort. If you are pregnant, please contact DeneenMarcel in advance of scheduling your appointment to determine safety and comfort.
- Guests are responsible for informing The Beauty FacePlace of any treated or untreated medical conditions prior to receiving any services. The Beauty Face Place will not be liable for any medical conditions that occur as a result of information being withheld by guests.
- No cell phone use during treatments/services. NO CHILDREN.
